Terms & Conditions – Recovery Suite Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, accessing, or using the facilities provided by Revive North (“the Company”), including the infrared sauna, cold plunge, and any associated recovery services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the facilities.
2. Health & Medical Responsibility
Use of the facilities is entirely at your own risk.
You confirm that:
You are physically and medically fit to use the facilities.
You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, injuries, medications, or health concerns prior to use.
You will not use the facilities if under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
You will seek medical advice before use if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, respiratory conditions, epilepsy, high or low blood pressure, or any other condition that may be affected by heat or cold exposure.
The Company reserves the right to refuse access where use may be unsafe.
3. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that use of infrared saunas and cold plunge facilities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
dehydration
dizziness
fainting
burns
allergic reactions
slips and falls
changes in blood pressure
cardiac events
respiratory distress
injury or illness arising from exposure to heat or cold
By using the facilities, you voluntarily accept these risks.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revive North, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or expense arising from the use of the facilities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
5. User Conduct
Users must:
Follow all instructions provided by staff.
Use facilities responsibly and safely.
Respect time limits and booking durations.
Maintain appropriate behaviour toward staff and other guests.
Stop using the facilities immediately if feeling unwell.
The Company reserves the right to remove or refuse entry to anyone behaving unsafely or inappropriately.
6. Hygiene & Safety
For hygiene and safety purposes:
Showering before use is be required.
Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times .
Users with open wounds, contagious illnesses, or infections must not use the facilities.
Glass containers and hazardous items are prohibited.
7. Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds
Bookings are subject to availability.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking may be rescheduled or refunded.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of Credits
The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend bookings where necessary.
8. Personal Belongings
Personal belongings are brought onto the premises entirely at your own risk. The Company accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
9. Age Restrictions
Users must be aged 18 or over unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and expressly approved by the Company.
10. Privacy
Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.
11. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on the website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
